Responsibilities for an Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate and monitor automated assembly equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of medical devices.

• Perform equipment start-up, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and work order setup using electronic batch record and inventory management systems.

• Conduct minor troubleshooting, pull quality control samples, maintain production flow, and escalate equipment issues when necessary.

• Complete production documentation, update hourly production boards, and ensure all products meet quality and non-conformance requirements.

Candidates for Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, or a technical certificate with relevant experience.

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., push/pull up to 80 lbs., and work in manufacturing environments, including cleanrooms and production areas.

• Shift: Monday – Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
