Equipment & Facilities Technician

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining specialized equipment and facility systems. Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair production, engineering, and laboratory equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on vacuum pumps, thermal chambers, fiber optic equipment, and wire bonders
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
- Maintain HVAC, DI water, electrical, and building systems
- Source replacement parts and develop creative solutions for legacy or custom equipment
- Document maintenance procedures and support quality compliance requirements
- Coordinate with vendors when specialized service is needed
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited documentation
- Experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, manufacturing, laboratory, or R&D environments preferred
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Plumbing and DI water systems
- Vacuum systems and wafer processing equipment
- Fabrication, machining, or light electronics repair
