What You Will Do:

• Perform advanced testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems using detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Conduct precise soldering, diagnostics, fault isolation, and comprehensive system testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare detailed technical reports to document findings and repairs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and production teams to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Support and mentor junior technicians in complex tasks, sharing your expertise to foster team growth.

Ideal Candidates Include:

• Automotive and HVAC technicians eager to transfer their skills into high-tech manufacturing.
• Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience and an AS degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent military technical training, or a BSEET degree with related hands-on experience.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, and software such as MS Office, Oracle Manufacturing, and PDM.
• Strong problem-solvers with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.50 per hour
