 Engineering Manager

Job Summary The CNC Engineering Manager oversees all aspects of CNC engineering operations including programming and process optimization to enhance machining efficiency and ensure high-quality manufacturing processes. They lead initiatives in new product introduction and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have:

  • CNC programming expertise in platforms like MastercamNX, or Fusion 360

  • Strong understanding of toolpath strategiesfeeds and speeds

  • Experience with multi-axis millslathes, and laser cutting equipment

  • Knowledge of AS9100 standards

  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

Preferred:

  • Experience integrating automation solutions

  • Familiarity with secondary processes such as laser cutting or finishing operations

  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification



Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $139,979.00 per year
