Electronics Technician

Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for an (PCBA) Test Technician position in Binghamton, NY. Responsibilities:

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to the component level.

• Operate and monitor Genrad Test and Flying Probe Test equipment to support production and quality objectives.

• Utilize schematics, assembly drawings, blueprints, DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other electronic test equipment to diagnose and resolve issues.

• Document test results, support production documentation, perform minor equipment maintenance, and train production personnel as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of production, manufacturing, electronics testing, or troubleshooting experience.

• Ability to read electrical schematics, assembly drawings, prototypes, and blueprints.

• Knowledge of soldering, mechanical assembly, electronic test equipment, and analog/digital circuits; ability to become solder certified.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
