Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our medical manufacturing partner in Salt Lake City, UT!

What You'll Do

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality electrical and electromechanical assemblies.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using work instructions, drawings, and specifications
✅ Perform hand soldering of electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring assemblies
✅ Conduct functional testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed
✅ Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and basic electrical schematics
✅ Use hand tools and small power tools for mechanical assembly
✅ Ensure products meet quality, workmanship, and performance standards
✅ Accurately document production activities
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
✅ Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
✅ Work with team members to improve production efficiency and product quality
✅ Participate in cross-training to learn additional and more advanced assembly processes

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience or formal technical training

• Strong hand soldering skills

• Ability to read assembly drawings and basic electrical schematics

• Experience using hand tools and mechanical assembly equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one if required

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 and/or IPC J-STD-001 soldering certification

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, medical device, aerospace, or precision assembly

• Basic computer skills

• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, or repairing electrical assemblies

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
