Elecrical Lead

The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working in commercial and residential environments, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.

• Install conduit, wiring, panels, motors, transformers, and related components.

• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation.

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License preferred.

• 3+ years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, manufacturing, and residential environments.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, motors, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.

• Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety standards.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs and automation systems.

• Industrial and Residential maintenance experience.

• Experience with VFDs, motors, and control panels.
