Document Specialist

Adecco Staffing is hiring Document Specialists for an office-based opportunity in Canton, MA. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 11–12 months.
This is not a warehouse position. The role focuses on reviewing, sorting and processing documents while following detailed procedures. Extensive training is provided and may take several months, so the ability to learn and retain detailed processes is important.
Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Canton, MA
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM OR 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 11–12 months
What You'll Do
Open, review and sort documents according to established procedures
Process different types of documents while following detailed rules
Support incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Track packages and coordinate courier services
Assist with mailroom and document-processing activities
Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Complete document processing accurately and efficiently
Move supplies and boxes as needed
Push carts and lift boxes weighing approximately 30–40 lbs.
Work both seated and standing throughout the day
Maintain a professional, organized and accurate work environment
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn, understand and retain detailed procedures
Strong reliability and attendance
Good communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing approximately half of the workday
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs. and push carts
Reliable transportation is important due to the location and shuttle drop-off distance
Important: Consistent attendance is especially important. Mondays and Tuesdays are very busy, so reliable attendance is a key part of being successful in this role.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
