Responsibilities for a Document Administrator include but are not limited to:
Review loan documentation, perform due diligence, and ensure collateral perfection requirements are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate commercial loan closing activities, including collection and review of insurance, UCC filings, title work, good standing certificates, and other required documentation
Review loan approvals and legal documents to ensure compliance with commercial credit policy, banking procedures, and transactional requirements
Collaborate with clients, relationship managers, credit underwriting teams, legal counsel, operations teams, and third-party vendors to facilitate timely loan closings
Candidates for Document Administrator must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing legal loan documents or performing legal documentation review
Minimum of 2 years of financial services, banking, loan operations, or commercial credit operations experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote) and strong organizational, research, and customer service skills
High School Diploma/GED required; College Degree preferred
Prior loan documentation, commercial lending, back-office banking, paralegal, or relationship banking experience is highly desirable

Duration: 12-Month Assignment
Onsite: 5 days per week in Waltham, MA

Pay Details: $28.74 per hour
