Distribution Clerk

For our client located in Shorewood, we are seeking a Distribution Clerk for a full-time, on-site temporary assignment scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role focuses on handling small parts and performing repetitive distribution and data entry tasks that require consistent attention to detail and reliability. The Distribution Clerk will support inventory management, order processing, and shipping and receiving activities to ensure materials and products are accurately tracked and moved through the facility. This position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with structured routines, precise manual work, and maintaining accurate information in distribution systems while adhering to established procedures.

What You Will Do?

  • Handle and work with small pieces and components requiring manual dexterity and a consistent ability to grasp items safely.

  • Perform repetitive distribution tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in all handling activities.

  • Carry out data entry related to inventory, orders, or shipments, ensuring information is entered accurately and promptly.

  • Support shipping and receiving processes by assisting with order processing and basic inventory-related documentation as needed.

  • Follow established procedures and schedules from Monday to Friday, reliably completing assigned distribution tasks on time.

Your Skills

  • Demonstrate reliability by consistently adhering to the assigned Monday to Friday schedule and completing tasks as required.

  • Apply inventory management awareness when handling small pieces and materials to support accurate stock tracking and control.

  • Support order processing activities with careful handling of items and accurate data entry related to distribution tasks.

  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations through precise handling of materials and clear documentation of movements.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and time management skills to handle repetitive tasks efficiently throughout the workday.

  • Use English language skills effectively to understand instructions and communicate basic information related to distribution activities.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
