Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a leading home health organization to identify an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health Branch Director / Administrator opportunity in Sacramento.

💰 COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Salary: Starting at $155,000 annually – Open to discussion based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Location: Sacramento, CA

⭐ WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Branch Director/Administrator, you will provide leadership and oversight of daily home health operations while ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, plan, direct, and evaluate Branch operations to ensure appropriate care and services are provided.

• Oversee clinical and administrative operations, staffing, and organizational performance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CHAP standards.

• Manage fiscal planning, budgeting, and operational resources.

• Recruit, develop, and retain qualified clinical and administrative team members.

• Provide leadership for staff orientation, in-service education, continuing education, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure appropriate supervision and direction of skilled nursing and therapeutic services.

• Monitor and support quality and performance improvement initiatives.

• Establish strong communication channels between staff, leadership, physicians, and community partners.

• Ensure clinical staff remain current on professional standards, practices, and clinical information.

• Support professional services, staffing assignments, and appropriate personnel qualifications.

• Build strong relationships within the community and represent the organization professionally.

• Keep leadership, staff, and advisory groups informed of relevant organizational, community, and industry trends.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Proven experience supervising and directing clinical, professional, and administrative personnel.

• Strong understanding of home health operations and healthcare business management.

• Knowledge of governmental regulations and CHAP standards.

• Strong communication, leadership, and public relations skills.

• Ability to build relationships and effectively represent the organization within the community.

• Strong organizational, operational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Pay Details: $155,000.00 per year
