Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate for an on-site position in Bolingbrook. This full-time temporary role offers the opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and business needs. The client operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are important every day. In this role, you will support routine warehouse operations including order picking, inventory control, loading, unloading, labeling, and general material handling. Candidates should be comfortable using an RF scanner, handling heavy lifting, and working effectively in a structured schedule. The position is best suited for someone with at least one year of warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute as part of a dependable team.

What You Will Do?

• Use an RF scanner to support accurate order processing and warehouse tracking.

• Perform order picking tasks while following inventory control procedures carefully.

• Load and unload materials safely while meeting daily operational requirements.

• Handle heavy lifting as part of regular warehouse duties throughout the shift.

• Label products and materials accurately to support organized warehouse operations.

• Assist with material handling tasks in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Your Skills

• You should have at least one year of warehouse experience in a similar role.

• You need strong communication skills to support daily coordination and teamwork.

• You should understand inventory control practices and accurate stock handling methods.

• You must be able to perform order picking with attention to detail and accuracy.

• You should be comfortable with loading, unloading, labeling, and heavy lifting tasks.

• You must be able to communicate in English for workplace instructions and coordination.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
