Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation operations by entering customer orders, dispatching loads, routing drivers, and maintaining accurate shipment information.

• Monitor pickups and deliveries, communicate load status updates to customers and account managers, and ensure on-time delivery performance.

• Track driver check-ins, validate load details, and resolve delivery issues such as shortages, damages, or overages.

• Schedule and manage delivery appointments, provide routing instructions to drivers, and support overall logistics and transportation operations.

Requirements:

• High School/GED

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
