Lead Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate for an on-site position in Bolingbrook. This full-time role is scheduled for Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and is offered on a temporary basis with an opportunity for permanent placement. The position is suited to candidates with at least one year of lead, managerial, or supervisory experience in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, help guide team performance, and maintain standards for inventory control, order fulfillment, forklift operation, and warehouse safety. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and English proficiency to coordinate effectively with team members and support consistent workflow throughout the shift.

What You Will Do?

  • Lead warehouse team activities during the scheduled shift and help maintain an organized, efficient workflow.

  • Support inventory control processes to help ensure accurate product counts and proper stock movement.

  • Assist with order fulfillment tasks to help meet daily shipping and distribution requirements on time.

  • Operate a forklift safely when needed and follow established warehouse safety procedures at all times.

  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to support production goals and resolve routine issues.

  • Use prior lead, managerial, or supervisory experience to help coordinate tasks and maintain accountability.

Your Skills

  • Leadership skills are needed to guide warehouse activities and support team performance throughout the shift.

  • Communication skills are required to coordinate with coworkers, supervisors, and other warehouse personnel.

  • Inventory control knowledge helps maintain accurate stock handling and organized warehouse records.

  • Order fulfillment experience supports accurate picking, packing, and shipping-related responsibilities.

  • Forklift operation skills are important for safe material handling in a warehouse environment.

  • Warehouse safety awareness is required to help maintain safe work practices and comply with procedures.

  • English proficiency is necessary for understanding instructions, communicating clearly, and completing work tasks.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
