My client, a large transportation and logistics company that helps businesses manage freight, shipping, and last-mile deliveries, is seeking a CWR Courier to support its Manhattan operations.
CWR Courier
Pay: $17/hour
Location: 1040 6th Avenue, Suite 6C, New York, NY 10018
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract: ASAP start through late November 2026
Responsibilities:
Handle client pickup and delivery requests throughout Manhattan accurately and on time
Navigate Manhattan using public transportation and walking
Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
Use a smartphone to manage routes, delivery information, and updates
Generate and maintain accurate delivery manifests and records
Follow detailed delivery instructions, company procedures, and safety guidelines
Walk, stand, and sit for extended periods and lift items up to 30 lbs.
Work occasional overtime as needed
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Manhattan and the NYC transit system
Advanced comfort using a smartphone
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Previous courier, messenger, route delivery, or similar experience preferred
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and start ASAP
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
