Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a growing investment and financial planning firm in Richfield, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Follow up with clients regarding paperwork, signatures, and account requirements.
Assist with new account openings and account maintenance requests.
Process account transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and contributions.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinate office supplies and vendor needs.
Assist with special projects and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance preferred
Interest in developing a career within the financial services industry.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
