Customer Support Specialist

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist on behalf of a growing investment and financial planning firm in Richfield, Ohio.

 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.

• Follow up with clients regarding paperwork, signatures, and account requirements.

• Assist with new account openings and account maintenance requests.

• Process account transfers, beneficiary updates, distributions, and contributions.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

• Coordinate office supplies and vendor needs.

• Assist with special projects and company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance preferred

• Interest in developing a career within the financial services industry.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
