Job Description

We are currently hiring a Customer Service & Sales Representative for a local internet and telecommunications provider in Sun Lakes, AZ.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who is looking for a long-term position with room for growth. The role starts at $19/hour with the opportunity to become a permanent employee after approximately 3 months.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Assist customers with account questions, billing, payments, and adjustments.

• Promote and sell internet and telecommunications products and services.

• Recommend and upsell services based on customer needs.

• Follow up with customers and sales leads.

• Process service orders using multiple computer systems.

• Handle customer concerns and help de-escalate issues.

• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

• Strong phone and communication skills.

• Comfortable recommending products and working toward sales goals.

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.

• Basic computer and math skills.

• Strong organization and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of internet equipment, such as modems and routers, is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to complete required training.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
