This is a great limited-service full-time opportunity running from October through January—perfect for dependable, customer-focused individuals looking to earn extra income or gain valuable office/customer service experience!

💰 PAY: $15.38–$20.80/hour
🗓️ SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM–5:30 PM OR 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
📍 ON-SITE | Winchester, KY

⭐ WHAT YOU'LL DO:

📞 Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance
💻 Help customers navigate online applications and submissions
📝 Follow scripts, document calls, and use internal systems
🔎 Research information and escalate complex questions when needed
🔐 Protect customer information while following HIPAA and privacy guidelines
📚 Complete required training and certification

🙌 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✔️Customer service experience
✔️ Strong communication and multitasking skills
✔️ Dependable and professional
✔️ Comfortable working with computers and internal systems
✔️ Fluent in spoken and written English
✔️ Available for required overtime/holidays if needed
✔️ Must be able to work on-site

Pay Details: $15.38 to $20.80 per hour
