Customer Service Representative

$20/hour | Weekly Pay | Monday–Friday | 40+ Hours/Week

A growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk, Maine is looking for a dependable, energetic Customer Service Representative to become an important part of their team.

What You’ll Do

• Be a friendly and professional point of contact for customers by phone and email
• Keep customers updated on orders, lead times, and production status
• Work closely with the production team to coordinate rush and expedited orders
• Track work-in-progress (WIP), update spreadsheets, and prepare reports
• Manage customer-requested changes and help prioritize time-sensitive orders
• Prepare professional customer quotes using established pricing
• Coordinate order details and requirements between customers and production
• Assist with customer surveys, trade shows, and other customer-focused activities
• Use QuickBooks for reporting and other customer service-related tasks
• Read basic blueprints when needed — training is available!

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, dependable, and ready to take ownership
• Friendly and professional when working with customers
• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
• A confident computer user with Microsoft Office experience
• A problem-solver who knows how to stay calm and find solutions
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Equipped with a high school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
