Coordinator (Temporary Assignment)
Location: Endicott, NY
Duration: Approximately12 weeks
Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(1-hour unpaid lunch break)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Coordinator for a temporary assignment at our Endicott location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing schedules, and supporting daily office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and installations
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain scheduling accuracy
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Previous administrative or coordination experience preferred


Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
