Adecco is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a leading manufacturing organization in Eden Prairie, MN!

Adecco is currently seeking 11 Customer Service Representatives and 1 Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join a customer-focused team supporting customers across North America.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday

  • Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Full-time hours

Pay

  • $21.50 - $25.00 per hour

  • Weekly pay through Adecco


Customer Service Representative (11 Openings)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and electronic customer requests.

  • Process part orders, service requests, quotes, and product information inquiries.

  • Assist customers with shipment tracking, backorders, order status updates, and purchase order confirmations.

  • Respond to requests for documentation including W9s, SDS forms, proof of delivery, certificates of insurance, and vendor information.

  • Maintain detailed customer records and documentation.

  • Manage open orders, billing blocks, and customer service reports.

  • Partner with departments including Sales, Service, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Legal.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing customer needs and business requirements.

  • Follow established procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 0-2 years of customer service, call center, or customer support experience preferred.

  • Strong computer and keyboarding skills.

  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers.

  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and dual computer monitors.

  • SAP, FSM ERP, or Cisco soft phone experience preferred.

Bilingual French Customer Service Representative (1 Opening)

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and order management support to customers throughout Canada, with a focus on French-speaking customers in Quebec.

  • Support customers in both French and English via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Process customer orders, quotations, returns, warranty requests, and service inquiries.

  • Coordinate order fulfillment activities with Sales, Production, Logistics, Service, and Distribution teams.

  • Maintain customer records and process documentation.

  • Serve as a customer service subject matter expert for designated accounts and territories.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, sales representatives, and service teams.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, customer contact, order entry, or order management experience.

  • Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

  • Ability to effectively multitask across multiple systems and applications.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $25.00 per hour
