In this role, you will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure a positive experience and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently report to work
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related customer service experience, preferably in a call center or logistics environment
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues and concerns
Monitor the progress of delivery routes and provide updates as needed
Scan and verify required documentation and records
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Maintain accurate records and provide timely communication to stakeholders

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
