Schedule Requirements
Open availability is preferred.
Must be willing and able to work weekends and varying shifts as needed.
Reliability and consistent attendance are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with patients.
Clearly communicate information regarding heart monitoring services and support.
Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
Accurately document patient interactions while maintaining confidentiality.
Build trust with patients through honesty, empathy, and professionalism.
Follow established procedures to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Required
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment.
Comfortable handling confidential patient information.
Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Ability to operate a digital telephone system.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Professional demeanor when handling inbound and outbound calls.
Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
