Pay: Starting at $35.92/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Overnight shifts

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist / CT Technologist to join a hospital-based Radiology Department in Kansas. This position is ideal for a technologist with strong experience in both general radiography and CT who is comfortable working independently in an overnight setting.

The department provides a variety of imaging services and supports a significant Emergency Room patient population.

Schedule
This position follows a consistent overnight schedule:

Every Wednesday and Thursday: 9:30 PM–7:30 AM
Every other weekend:
Friday: 11:30 PM–7:00 AM
Saturday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Sunday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday coverage rotates according to the employee's regular shift days
Required Qualifications & Certifications
Current ARRT (R) and CT certification
Current Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong competency in both X-Ray and CT imaging
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Strong communication and patient-care skills
Department Overview
The Radiology Department includes:

2 Radiology rooms
2 portable X-Ray units
3 C-arms
1 DEXA unit
1 CT room
Off-site radiologist coverage
Typical daily imaging volume of approximately 8–20 patients, depending heavily on Emergency Room volume
Technology
Meditech electronic medical record
NovaRad PACS
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-Ray and CT examinations according to established protocols
Operate radiology equipment safely and effectively
Provide compassionate, professional care to patients
Obtain high-quality diagnostic images
Follow radiation safety and departmental protocols
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
Respond appropriately to Emergency Department imaging needs
Maintain equipment and report issues as necessary
Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety
Compensation & Incentives
Starting pay: $35.92/hour, based on experience
Relocation assistance up to $2,500 with receipts required for reimbursement
$1,000–$5,000 sign-on bonus, paid during the first pay period after employment
Additional $2,000 payments after completion of years 1, 2, and 3 of employment
Any professional scrub color is acceptable
