| Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) – CT Experience Location: Kansas Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time Pay Range: $28–$36 per hour Annual Salary: $58,240–$74,880, based on a 40-hour workweek Sign-On Bonus: $7,000 Relocation Assistance: Potential relocation assistance available and discussed during the interview process We are seeking a skilled and motivated Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) with CT experience to join a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Kansas. This is an urgent permanent opportunity for a technologist who is comfortable working independently and performing a variety of imaging procedures across the hospital. New graduates may be considered for this position. Position Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to produce high-quality images. Provide imaging services in the radiology department, Emergency Department, and surgery suite. Perform portable radiographic procedures as needed. Utilize CT skills and experience to support the imaging department. Provide appropriate patient care and education before, during, and after procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Identify and address patient care needs, including language or communication barriers. Treat patients and families with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Maintain confidentiality of patient medical records. Explain procedures and provide verbal reassurance to patients and families. Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and patient safety. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for weeknights and weekends. Schedule & Call Requirements Full-time position Rotating weeknight on-call responsibilities Rotating weekend call Generally one weekend per month, although additional weekends may occasionally be required Ability to work independently and respond to call responsibilities is required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field Graduation from an accredited minimum two-year Radiologic Technology program or equivalent Current Kansas Radiologic Technologist license/certification ARRT registration required One year of radiologic/CT experience preferred Strong CT experience preferred New graduates may be considered Ability to work independently in a Critical Access Hospital environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills Licensing Candidates with a Kansas license pending may be considered. Proof of license application must be provided after an offer is made. Required Certification & Documentation ARRT certification/registration COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption documentation Additional Leadership Opportunity A CT Manager opportunity may also be available for qualified candidates with previous CT management experience. CT Manager Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Salary and potential relocation assistance for the CT Manager position will be discussed during the interview process. Candidates with previous CT Manager experience are encouraged to highlight this leadership background.
