About the Role:
As a Corporate Events Manager serves as a key partner to the Sr. Director of Field Communications and Meetings in the planning and execution of the Company’s annual Field Leadership meetings. This role leads content and communications management, training workstream coordination, awards execution – acting as an extension of senior leadership across all event-related workstreams. A successful Events Manager brings exceptional writing skills, strong creative instincts, the ability to manage multiple concurrent vendors and key stakeholder relationships, and a deep commitment to delivering a high-quality field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops timelines, organizes review cycles, and ensures final approvals on content are secured on schedule.
Supports the development of executive leadership decks to socialize program elements of the events.
Leads the travel and registration workstream in partnership with event vendors
Supports the ideation and development of event activations, swag, and awards including coordination
Creates, socializes, and edits all event-related communications, including “save the dates”, “what to expect” guides, and other executive facing materials
Supports the Sr. Director with weekly status updates and overall project management and coordination and execution in partnership with our event vendor supporting all workstreams as needed.
Owns and maintains excel-based tracking tools for workstream status, timelines and vendor deliverables.
Holds business partners accountable for content approvals, deadlines, and alignment to communication and event strategies
Prepares status updates and project recaps for senior leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of experience in communications, event content management, or a related role; corporate or retail environment preferred
Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated experience drafting executive-level communications and event related content
Experience supporting and/or leading content workstreams for large-scale corporate meetings or conferences.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally across leaders and field partners
Enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated, open to feedback
Ability to travel to events or on site visits
Additional Details:
Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Hybrid work model – onsite days Tuesday - Thursday
Parking: On-campus parking available.
Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
