About the Opportunity

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is supporting a leading global life sciences organization with an opportunity for a Product Quality Coordinator to join its Quality Laboratory team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of laboratory operations, quality documentation, sample coordination, and cross-functional communication. The position plays an important role in keeping laboratory testing organized, accurately documented, and moving efficiently from sample submission through results.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with quality documentation, and able to communicate effectively with laboratory, quality, and other internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the routine submission and processing of samples to Quality Control laboratories.

• Process incoming sample submissions, including raw materials, bulk materials, and special samples.

• Track samples throughout the testing process and provide daily and weekly status updates to management.

• Communicate with laboratory and internal stakeholders regarding sample status, re-sampling needs, missing documentation, and specification questions.

• Review Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), QC/QA reports, and other quality-related documentation.

• Assist with coordinating samples sent to external laboratories and tracking associated results.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets, laboratory logs, quality reports, and data-trending documentation.

• Support Quality Management and the laboratory team during internal and external audits.

• Create laboratory-related purchase orders and assist with electronic receipt and invoice processing.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established laboratory quality procedures and systems.

• Work in accordance with applicable GMP, Good Documentation Practices, laboratory quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Collaborate with laboratory and quality personnel to help maintain an efficient, compliant workflow.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes while maintaining accuracy and quality.

• Perform additional laboratory coordination and quality-related responsibilities as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience in a laboratory, quality, manufacturing, scientific, healthcare, or regulated environment is helpful.

• Ability to understand basic chemistry and microbiology terminology and quality-related documentation.

• Familiarity with GMP and Good Documentation Practices preferred.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and general data entry.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, laboratory records, and electronic systems.

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an onsite laboratory/quality environment. The position may require:

• Standing and walking throughout the workday

• Periods of sitting and computer-based work

• Reaching with hands and arms

• Regular lifting/moving of items up to 10 lbs., frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Working around laboratory materials, powders, chemicals, and potential allergens

• Use of a computer and standard keyboard for data entry

• Ability to meet applicable site safety and PPE requirements

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.80 per hour
