About the Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Controlling Specialist to join a manufacturing finance team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, SAP, and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain standard material costs in SAP.
Manage cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
Monitor material movement errors and resolve discrepancies.
Support work order settlements and variance reporting.
Analyze direct labor efficiency and inventory performance.
Distribute cost center spending reports and assist with budget analysis.
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end closing and budgeting processes.
Support treasury functions, ad hoc reporting, and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
1–3 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
SAP experience required.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
High ethical standards and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
