Compliance Laboratory Technician

Adecco is hiring a Compliance Laboratory Technician for a contract position supporting the Dish Care and Fabric Care R&D Laboratory in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite role focused on product testing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement for laundry and dishwasher platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Perform energy efficiency, performance, and safety compliance testing for dishwashers, washers, and dryers
Set up and operate test equipment using sensors and data acquisition systems
Collect, validate, and analyze test data to support design and certification requirements
Identify and communicate performance issues and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with R&D engineers to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards
Qualifications
Associate degree in a technical field or 5+ years of product testing experience
Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation, compliance testing, and data collection systems
Familiarity with LabVIEW or similar automation platforms a plus
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a cross-functional, team-based environment
Work Environment
Onsite role based in Charlotte, NC
Laboratory and test facility environment; PPE required
Must be able to move appliances between test stations safely
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
