As a CNC Operator, you will be integral to producing high-quality metal parts by setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery with accuracy and efficiency. Your keen attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will ensure every product meets strict engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Set up, operate, and oversee CNC mills, lathes, and similar equipment to ensure smooth operations  

• Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and perform offsets as needed to maintain precision  

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to produce high-quality parts  

• Inspect finished components with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measurement tools to ensure quality and accuracy  

• Perform routine troubleshooting, tool changes, and basic maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance 

Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma or GED  

• 1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting  

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurement tools  

• Strong mechanical skills, with an eye for detail and precision  

• Basic understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and CNC controls  

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
