CNC Operator

As a CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality magnetic components and metal parts by setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and oversee CNC mills, lathes, and similar equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Load raw materials, adjust machine settings, and perform offsets as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and job travelers to produce parts with precision
• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools to guarantee quality and accuracy
• Perform basic troubleshooting, tool changes, and routine maintenance to maintain optimal equipment performance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurement tools
• Strong mechanical skills, with a keen eye for detail and precision
• Basic knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and CNC controls
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
