Adecco has partnered with a premier manufacturing facility in Colombia City, IN recruiting for CNC Operators and Plasma Cutters on 1st shift. In this role, you’ll be operating CNC plasma table equipment to cut metal parts which will require you to load and unload machines, read and operate based on blueprints, and use grinders to deburr materials.

This role is on 1st shift, Monday - Thursday 6:30 AM–4:30 PM. The pay is based on experience, but can flex up to $23 hourly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC burn table equipment to cut metal parts.

  • Load materials and monitor machine operations.

  • Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.

  • Use grinders and other hand tools to remove slag, burrs, and sharp edges from finished parts.

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

  • Assist with material handling and other production duties as needed.

Pay Details: $22.00 per week
