CNC Machinist with Hydromat experience - Weekend Warrior - Fenton, MO
Position Title: CNC Machinist - Hydromat
Education: Trade school or equivalent CNC Hydromat work experience..
Experience: 3+ years of Hydromat machining, setup, or related CNC experience.
Location: Fenton, MO.
Job Type: Full-Time.
Shift: Weekend Warrior - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5am-5pm. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
Remote: No. On-site in Fenton, MO.
Salary: Commensurate with experience: $40+/hour, plus benefits.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced machinist who can bring strong CNC skills along with hands-on Hydromat experience to our Machine Shop.

Required Qualifications -

• Previous hands-on Hydromat machining experience - required!
• 3+ years of machining, setup, or related CNC experience
• Experience setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting machining equipment
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Working knowledge of G-Code and M-Code
• Experience setting and adjusting tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot tooling, machining, and quality issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Preferred Experience -

• Hydromat setup and changeover experience
• Hydromat rotary transfer machines
• Experience troubleshooting Hydromat tooling, stations, and machining processes
• Experience making tooling adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency
• Experience with high-volume precision machining
• Experience with additional CNC equipment, including Haas, Ganesh, Index, Okuma, or Citizen
• Minor program editing and process optimization
• Mentoring or training other machinists
• Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
