CNC Machine Operator

Adecco is currently assisting a local manufacturing client in Walpole, MA! We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators on 1st shift. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay Range: $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience

Location: Walpole, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM Monday – Friday

 

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Operate CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill machines

• Load and unload parts and materials

• Monitor machines during production to ensure quality and accuracy

• Perform basic inspections of finished parts using appropriate measuring tools

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Communicate any machine or quality issues to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements Include:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machinery

• Experience operating CNC Lathe and/or CNC Mill machines required

• Ability to work independently and follow manufacturing instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work a consistent 1st shift schedule

• Reliable attendance and transportation to Walpole, MA

Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour
