Adecco Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical MTM Pharmacist to join a dynamic Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team. 📍 Location: Remote (Florida License Required)

🔥 What You'll Be Doing

As a Clinical MTM Pharmacist, you will:

✅ Conduct approximately 100 outbound clinical calls daily to engage patients in MTM programs

✅ Perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMRs) and provide evidence-based medication counseling

✅ Review patient medication regimens and provide recommendations aligned with AHA Statin Guidelines

✅ Accurately document prescriptions, diagnoses, and clinical recommendations in web-based systems

✅ Support key Medicare Part D Star Measures, including:

• CMR Completion

• SUPD

• SPC

✅ Generate patient-specific educational and clinical documentation that helps improve health outcomes

✅ Participate in ongoing training and professional development

🎯 What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

✔ Active, unrestricted Florida Pharmacist License

✔ Minimum 4 years of Clinical MTM Pharmacist experience

✔ Strong experience performing medication reviews and MTM consultations

✔ Familiarity with:

• Medicare Part D Star Measures

• CMR

• SUPD

• SPC

• AHA Statin Guidelines

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume phone environment

✔ Strong data entry and computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Salesforce experience

⭐ Previous leadership or management experience

⭐ Experience driving Star Ratings performance initiatives

Pay Details: $60.00 per hour
