📋 Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review and abstract information from electronic medical records (EMR/EHRs)

• Enter patient data into electronic data capture tools with a high level of accuracy

• Complete quality assurance and accuracy testing as requested

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines

• Meet productivity, quality, and project deadlines

• Collaborate effectively with team members using Microsoft Teams and other communication platforms

✅ Required Qualifications

🔹 Active RN License

🔹 Oncology Nursing Experience

🔹 Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) Chart Abstraction Experience

🔹 Experience utilizing Electronic Data Capture Tools

🔹 Proficiency navigating EHR databases

🔹 High-Speed Internet Access

🔹 Experience working independently in a remote environment

🔹 Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

🔹 Ability to use Microsoft Teams

• OCN Certification

• Oncology Research Experience

• Academic Healthcare Experience

• Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
