Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) – Generalist

Pay Rate: $23.63 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) – Generalist to perform clinical laboratory testing and support quality patient care. The ideal candidate will analyze patient specimens, ensure accurate test results, maintain laboratory equipment, and follow established safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analyze patient specimens accurately and efficiently.

• Review and verify test results while investigating discrepancies.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow laboratory policies and procedures.

• Perform quality control, calibration, and equipment maintenance.

• Troubleshoot laboratory instruments and report issues as needed.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

• Support training and guidance of laboratory staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Generalist License required.

• Minimum 3 years of recent CLS experience required.

• ASCP certification preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Pay Details: $23.63 per hour
