Shift: 2:30pm-1am

Pay: $21.75

 

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Clerk with our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have strong administrative and inventory management skills.

Job Summary

As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining inventory records, preparing shipping documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry within the warehouse management system. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders and maintain inventory records within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks

• Research, investigate, and correct transaction discrepancies and errors

• Prepare, review, and handle domestic and international shipping documentation

• Maintain shipping records and ensure compliance with company procedures

• Support warehouse operations by coordinating inventory and shipment activities

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time shipments

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including reading fine print on shipping and inventory documents

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights

• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time

• Use hands and fingers to handle tools, materials, or equipment

• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overtime when business needs require

• Experience entering and maintaining data within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
