Adecco is assisting in the search for a Career Coach in Lexington, KY. Career Coaches provide individualized career coaching and postsecondary transition services to high school students. Contractors work collaboratively with schools, employers, families, and community partners to help students explore careers, develop career plans, prepare for employment and postsecondary education, and successfully transition after graduation. Coaches maintain accurate documentation, deliver services in accordance with program SOPs, and contribute to statewide performance goals.

Expected Deliverables

·         Maintain assigned student caseload.

·         Develop and monitor Individual Career Plans.

·         Conduct career assessments and coaching sessions.

·         Assist with resumes, interviews, FAFSA, and postsecondary applications.

·         Coordinate work-based learning experiences.

·         Maintain employer partnerships.

·         Maintain complete Salesforce documentation.

·         Meet established KPI targets.

·         Participate in required training and meetings.

·         Maintain productive relationships with school personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Deliver individualized career coaching services.

·         Facilitate career exploration activities.

·         Coordinate internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, and employer engagement.

·         Support college and career readiness initiatives.

·         Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

·         Communicate effectively with students, educators, employers, and families.

·         Analyze student progress and adjust coaching strategies.

·         Travel regularly between assigned schools and community locations.

·         Support special projects and statewide initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Education Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in education, counseling, human services, business, communications, public administration, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


 

Preferred Experience

·         Experience working with high school students or young adults.

·         Career counseling, advising, workforce development, or case management.

·         Postsecondary admissions, financial aid, or college access.

·         Employer engagement or business relations.

·         Delivering presentations or classroom instruction.

·         Working within public education or government programs.

·         Career exploration platforms (e.g., Pathful, Futuriti.org, Transfr)

·         Data dashboards and reporting experience

Working Conditions

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
