Call Center Enrollment Specialist

Adecco is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Call Center Enrollment Specialists to join the team at United Healthcare Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is an immediate opening offering a dynamic work environment where you will play a vital role in assisting members and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle inbound calls, providing excellent customer service to help members navigate their enrollment options

• Perform accurate data entry to ensure all member information is correctly recorded

• Execute administrative duties efficiently, supporting operational workflows

• Apply basic math skills to verify and process enrollment data accurately

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Proven proficiency in English; a language assessment will be conducted post-application

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally

• Ability to work full-time with 40 hours/week during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am – 7 pm), with occasional overtime including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay Details: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour
