Buyer / Purchasing Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented purchasing professional who enjoys working with data and managing high-volume orders? We're seeking a Buyer / Purchasing Specialist to support daily purchasing operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and data

• Utilize Excel, including Pivot Tables, to track and analyze purchasing activity

• Communicate with vendors primarily through email

• Support a high-volume purchasing operation while ensuring accuracy and timely processing

• Collaborate with team members and rotate responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Buyer, Purchasing Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or similar role

• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables

• Experience processing purchase orders and handling data entry

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong customer service and communication abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Experience with D365 or similar ERP systems preferred

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
