Responsibilities for Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

·       Provide clerical, administrative, and business function support to power delivery teams and related operational groups.

·       Utilize enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, PassPort, EERS, Time Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite to support daily business operations.

·       Create, maintain, and analyze customized reports using integrated business systems and reporting tools.

·       Process, verify, and manage operational data, records, documentation, and transactions.

·       Assist with data entry, document preparation, scheduling, tracking, and departmental coordination activities.

·       Support management by compiling operational metrics, generating status reports, and maintaining databases.

·       Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of administrative and operational issues.

·       Prepare presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office applications.

·       Communicate effectively with internal teams and management through professional verbal and written communication.

·       Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.

 

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

·       High School Diploma or GED required.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in business support, administrative operations, or a related area of expertise.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·       Experience working with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, PassPort, EERS, or similar business systems.

·       Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.

·       Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $24.13 per hour
