What You'll Do
Source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates
Manage multiple openings in a high-volume environment
Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with clients and hiring managers to fill critical positions
Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through start date
What We're Looking For
1+ years of recruiting experience
Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience preferred
Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
