Staffing Recruiter

$27-$30/hr | Full-Time | San Jose, CA

What You'll Do

• Source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates

• Manage multiple openings in a high-volume environment

• Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to fill critical positions

• Create a positive candidate experience from first contact through start date

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of recruiting experience

• Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience preferred

• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office

• Animal lovers

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
