 High Volume Branch Recruiter – Auburn, ME

Adecco Staffing is growing our team in Auburn, ME, and we’re looking for an Experienced High-Volume Recruiter to join us!

This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, connecting with candidates, and managing multiple hiring needs at once. Experience recruiting for clerical, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production positions is highly preferred.

Job Details

• Position: High Volume Recruiter

• Location: Auburn, ME

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Work Setting: Fully in-office

• Starting Pay: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Recruit high volumes of candidates for clerical, manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial positions

• Source candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms

• Conduct phone screens and interviews

• Evaluate candidates for qualifications and job fit

• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, orientations, and start dates

• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep recruiting systems up to date

• Partner with Branch leadership and customers to prioritize hiring needs

• Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and other recruiting activities

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience required

• Light industrial or manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Experience with Indeed, resume databases, or ATS systems preferred

• Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of urgency
