Bookkeeper – Accounting Specialist Duties
Hours 7-3:45
MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND
Additional information. This position is a Full Charge Bookkeeper with experience in construction, experience in gross revenue at least 20 million/year
Monthly AR progress billing entry / submittal
Coordinate, obtain, and track General Contractor / Vendor Lien Releases
General Contractor AR calls
Vendor AP calls
Reconcile Credit Card
Payroll
Process payroll in Foundation (balance with Week ending spreadsheet)
Update Federal & State quarterly tax log and process through EDD & EFTPS
Weekly AP check run
Maintain accurate financial records
Month & Year end General Ledger entries per Accountants direction
Maintain working relationship with outside accountant
Process monthly Sales Tax
Compute and post Inventory stock material and paint to job cost
Process and forward AP credit applications
Reconcile monthly vendor statements
Process all Subcontractor Agreement/PO invoices
Maintain monthly revenue and expense spreadsheet
Cash Report
Update weekly
Email to Joanna and Greg every Thursday at noon
Other duties as assigned
Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
