Associate Technician
We are seeking an Associate Technician for an on-site, full-time position in Shorewood, IL. This temporary role includes the opportunity for permanent placement and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The position involves machine operation and hands-on production work with glasses, including applying an anti-scratch glaze to finished items. This role is suited for candidates who are comfortable with repetitive technical work, quality-focused tasks, and a structured production environment. The work requires attention to detail, consistent equipment handling, and the ability to follow documented processes. Candidates should have a graduation-level education and practical experience or capability in technical troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, quality control, documentation, team collaboration, problem solving, and English communication.

What You Will Do?
Operate production machinery according to established procedures and site requirements during the assigned shift.
Work with glasses as part of the production process and handle items carefully to maintain quality standards.
Apply anti-scratch glaze to glasses accurately and consistently according to workflow instructions.
Monitor equipment performance and report technical issues that may affect output or product quality.
Support basic equipment maintenance activities and follow required documentation procedures during daily operations.

You should have equipment maintenance knowledge to assist with routine operational and care requirements.
You should understand quality control practices to help maintain consistent product standards.
You should be able to complete documentation accurately and follow production records as required.

You should use problem-solving skills to respond to production concerns and maintain workflow efficiency.
You should communicate in English at a level that supports workplace instructions and daily coordination.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
