Assembly Associate – Entry Level

Roscoe, IL | $17–$17.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Adecco is hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in Roscoe, IL. This is an entry-level, temp-to-hire opportunity with no prior assembly experience required. Training will be provided!

Pay & Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Potential required overtime on Fridays

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour

• $17.50/hour after 30 days with good performance

• Temp-to-hire – opportunity for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs

Job Duties

• Assemble small mechanical and electrical equipment according to specifications

• Assemble and work with small sanitation units, such as soap dispensers

• Use small hand and power tools and basic fixtures

• Perform repetitive assembly and remanufacturing tasks

• Disassemble, clean, sort, inspect, and make minor repairs to equipment and components

• Follow detailed instructions and quality standards

• Assist with troubleshooting process or technical issues as needed

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Stand in one place for up to 10 hours per day

• Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks

• Walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail

• Steel-toe shoes, long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt are required

• Facility is not temperature controlled, so it may be warm or cold depending on the season

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• No previous experience required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work overtime on Fridays when required

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
