Assoc Sample Coordinator

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an Associate to support laboratory operations and the Sample Management department. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment.

Location: Covington, KY
Employment Type: Minimum 1-year temp/contract role
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check in, label, track, inventory, transport, and check out laboratory samples and standards.

• Perform administrative and inventory-tracking tasks supporting laboratory operations.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to SOPs.

• Communicate task status with supervisors and laboratory staff.

• Follow SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and sample storage requirements.

• Assist with environmental unit alarms and potentially participate in on-call responsibilities.

• Complete assignments accurately, safely, and on time.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

• Previous laboratory, sample handling, inventory, administrative, or related experience is helpful but not required.

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
