Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and disassemble electronic units efficiently and accurately.

• Ensure precise data entry of all completed units using computer systems.

• Operate test equipment and interpret basic schematics to troubleshoot and verify unit functionality.

• Perform both surface mount and thru-hole soldering and desoldering with skill.

• Handle phone components with a thorough understanding of their mechanics.

• Conduct cell phone rework and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly or related fields.

• Proficiency with soldering techniques, including surface mount and thru-hole.

• Good manual dexterity, keen attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics.

• Experience with test equipment and troubleshooting cell phone components is preferred.

• Physical ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
