Assistant Manager

Pay Rate: $20.00 /hour

Location: Onsite - Marysville, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday: 1st shift 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-hire

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness

• Assist in achieving business profitability goals by helping manage sales growth, labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses

• Participate in team meetings and training programs

• Coach, mentor, and support team members as needed

• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company standards

• Build positive working relationships with clients, company leadership, and team members

• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional communication to clients and management

• Support daily operational activities and help maintain efficient business performance

 

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of previous management or supervisory experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience handling cash, reconciling cash banks, and preparing reports

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of POS systems preferred

• ServSafe certification preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
